New to 3D printers. Thinking this might be the best deal under $350 for a fast printer with large bed. Is there anything close to this print bed size and speed that you guys would recommend?

If you're okay with some potential tinkering, I'd say go for it. Elegoo has been known to be a bit hit-or-miss with their FDM printers, but pretty popular with there SLA printers. Either way, this is still probably one of the pest prices you'll find.
