Got two of these for my office. Couldn't be happier. I originally bought two Acer monitors but returned them because the text wasn't crisp and viewing angles were horrible. I can't say if the Samsung monitors would be good for gaming, but for my needs they work great. Text is crisp, screen is bright, and viewing angles were much better than the Acer monitors I originally purchased.

Before anyone looks it up, the Samsung page lists this as 1ms MPRT. (I was curious about response time since it claims to be a VA gaming monitor)

I originally purchased the larger version of these and returned them for an Acer model, which I find superior and with a higher refresh rate for when I game. I feel the text and picture is more crisp on the Acer.
