This should be able to force charge a battery at 0 volts. It has a desulfating mode but no amount of wizardry will reverse heavy sulfation. I've had good luck with my genius 5 trying to get more life out of partially degraded batteries but ymmv on this.

I have the 2amp version since 2020, and have it essentially hardwired into my car that doesn't get much use, using a shore power plug/adapter for through the wall type of power. When I come home, I just plug it in, like it's a plugin hybrid. Keeps battery Happy. Tempted to get this. Hand down my 2amp to my father's car that's got a 1am and keep this for myself.

Bought this for $65 back in 2020. Great charger that's worked well on multiple battery types through the years (5 vehicles plus some 12v rec vehicles). Also have a couple of the 2amp charger/maintenance units from the same time. All still in service.

It will bring a battery back to life that is empty. As long as the battery is still usable, it will charge it. I've done this with quite a few batteries.

NOCO jumper packs are for jump starting your car if the battery is dead/drained. They should only be used if the car battery is not able to start the car. This NOCO Genius 10 is a battery charger and will not jump start a car.

The 'jump packs' have their own lithium battery for providing brief power to help get a vehicle with a low or dead battery started.

These are more like trickle chargers - you hook them up for 3-6+ hours to gradually recharge the battery. They also have different modes for different battery types, including a 'restoration' mode which attempts to 'restore' a totally dead battery. Whether that works depends on how far gone the given battery is.
