I have two of Jisulife fans, more well known and similar to this. This is most likely the copycat version. $5 each is definitely very good price.

The blade is made of foam type of material so it perfectly safe to touch. Hair tanglement is not a concern either as the blade will stop once it hit hair.

Everyday price on AliExpress or Temu. Not the strongest fan on a hot day but better than nothing. I personally would get a larger and stronger fan to be more effective.

I have this and use it often. It's small and fits in my purse.
The blades are foam and will stop if touched.
It has 2 speeds and mine stays on HIGH!

I'm buying a second one.
