Thanks OP, I did save money but Chat told me they couldn't credit me the difference on the old order and to place a new one with the better pricing. I did that, and when I went to cancel the old order I couldn't because it's in process already. Now I have x2 phones shipping to me, but I am not concerned that I won't be able to return the first more expensive one. It's just a bit of a hassle.

really weird, I can see the $1699 price in my EPP account, but as soon as i add a trade in, the price changes to $1895
Anyone know why the trade-in is changing the price?

Think I'm going with the att deal this time around $1100 trade in on a old note 10+, but it's bill credits. Better deal i believe.
