Try exchanging or returning your purchase, you'll go thru hell. Their chat has the longest wait and of little help.

$50 for accessories on the website OR $100 for the phone on the Samsung Shop app. You can only choose one, but both work with EPP.

Samsung isn't doing those deals anymore or they do but cost much higher. I went from S10 to S21 Ultra to S22 Ultra to S23 Ultra over the years by paying $150-200 and getting free buds each time. Unfortunately, the TIVs tanked from S24 series and my S23 Ultra is still holding pretty good.

Those that have ATT. If you're planning on purchasing this phone. You might want to consider going through ATT on Samsung website. You can trade in ANY Samsung Phone to redeem $1,100 off the Fold7.

Fold 6 went for less then $1k for the 1tb and no trade in. I can't remember if it was employer pricing but I believe it was. Regardless, the Samsung deals are no longer on release but mid season sales.

I canceled my order. Keeping my Fold 6 1TB till a proper offer comes out for Fold 7 1TB.

Were you actually able to cancel it? Cause I couldn't even though I placed a new order a few days ago while it was still in pre-order stage. Now I have to return the original preorder since both phones shipped. Super lame.

I still cant get my $100 reserve although I signed up.
Tried the app. cleared the cache, etc.
Samsung keeps sending me emails about double the reserve promo and when I click, the price goes back up by $100.
