Transfat from regular vegetable oil while cooking in high temperature, sugar (fructose, especial HFCS in soda) are most impact to cholesterol in human.

There is a guy, who ate 24 eggs/day in 1 month, and his cholesterol even reduce a little bit.

Yep, and produces large buoyant cholesterol that doesn't get stuck in your arteries. Small dense cholesterol that does get stuck tends to come from carbohydrates.
