I've been eyeing this deal for the last week. The monitor is on sale on Amazon right now for $200. If they had a deal where I didn't feel compelled to buy another monitor I would be all in but this "free" monitor would not do this setup justice.

Glad I waited months later after release for PC parts to become available to build my own new rig rather than spending it on a prebuilt. Had they went w/ X870 instead and stuck w/ the price listed in the OP, Skytech might've been working w/ something that's worth it aside from the add'l VA panel.

What is the use case for such a system?
https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/...nBg=FFFFFF this product photo says it all if you had checked the listing, because at Walmart dot com has posted the same price and selling hardware. So in a nutshell, good for content creation and music production using DAW. Or video editing that uses the CUDA cores on the NVIDIA gaming cards. Then there's the gaming side of it for good gameplay and possibly OBS live streaming gameplay......just not with the wifi card which is 802.11AC and not AX.

Probably anything any computer would be capable of, this one would be good at it lol. But games? Like are you looking for resolutions and fps? Because it really depends on the games you are playing. But this should be a solid 4k machine for quite some time.
@bobbylight you're absolutely correct. In another description: " This powerful gaming PC is capable of running all your favorite games such as Call of Duty, Fortnite, Escape from Tarkov, Grand Theft Auto V, Valorant, World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Apex Legends, PLAYERUNKNOWN's Battlegrounds, Overwatch 2, Counter-Strike 2, Battlefield V, Minecraft, ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree, Rocket League, Baldur's Gate 3, DOTA 2, HELLDIVERS 2, Monster Hunter, Terraria, Rainbow Six Siege, Dragon's Dogma 2, Black Myth Wukong, Marvel Rivals, more at Ultra settings, detailed 4K Ultra HD resolution, and smooth 60+ FPS gameplay "

It costs less with this one they just bundled a monitor they are trying to get rid of.

As someone who built my last gaming PC, it's amazing what gymnastics people will go through to try and justify building their own over buying a pre-built even when the pre-built is cheaper. This is a good deal. While the performance might not be the "exact same" as building your own, 5-10 fps is rarely worth an extra $100-$200 premium, ESPECIALLY at 100+ frames. Not to mention the time spent dealing with price hunting and troubleshooting.

Pre-builts are nicer than they used to be, but you still get some mystery parts and only a 1-year warranty.

Agree. There's a newer version though: why spend $2,600 when you can rent a shadow PC for $35-50/mo and game on a Chromebook? At least if you're not a competitive gamer/streamer, but you have a low latency connection. When I'm car camping and using a portable power supply, being able to use Starlink with GeForce Now or Shadow is a game changer. 67W on laptop vs 500+ on this means 50 hours vs 6 hours from the battery.
