Purchased no problems. Got to use the Chase Sapphire $10 credit also. Purchase 2 $100 gift cards from Best buy which I was able to use within 5 minutes. Local staples had many in stock of the blue. probably the best deal on an iPAD A16 you're going to get in some time (if you're not part of the military). Delivered about 45 minutes after order. used capital one referral link for doordash for $9 back.

Got shafted on this one - ordered just fine with credits purchased from Costco. Item never arrived, Dasher ignored messages, and case was closed. Reported it to DD and they said no refund for the purchase, called a supervisor and they said nothing they can do on their end. Reported it again but not looking good. Any idea about next steps? I'm out a ton of credits (which I paid a good amount for) and seem to have hit a brick wall with getting any type of refund

So the order doesn't show as 'delivered,' right? Because you said the driver never arrived. The order isn't complete until marked as delivered. They also can't mark it as delivered unless they are a small distance from the delivery address.. I'm sure this is an open-and-shut win for you, just need to talk to a human being. Try DMing their social media.

It does say delivered, and it definitely wasn't. Ended up getting credit back after speaking to multiple supervisors but it was an uphill battle to get there. Hope everyone else gets their orders!

Beware of hidden billing problems. Ordered just fine, but the $10 Chase Freedom bonus and Daspass discounts mystically disappeared after the fact, and the billed total went up by ~$13. I reasonably expected the actual billing to match what is shown on the final page of check out, before hitting submit. Check your billing history. Also was billed for delivery fees that was showing as $0 at checkout. Somehow the Dashpass benefits didn't apply.

NYC doesn't include tip (you can only tip after delivery), mine came out to be $255 without tip yet

Doordash support told me they don't allow combining the Chase $10 off and other promo codes. While I can't understand how it can be legal for a company to remove discounts and increase the billing total *silently, and after the fact* after the order is submitted for a different lower amount, this is what I was told.

Update: From Doordash website: "Chase promotions are stackable with up to one other DoorDash order cart-level promo". So their customer service was wrong, and was just trying to justify the inexplicable and brazen overcharge made after the fact.
