Bummer. I'm not seeing a discount on the regular AirPods in the app. I do see the noise cancelling ones discounted though. Nice deal though!

Doordash calculates a suggested amount based on order amount and distance. I generally just choose the lowest suggested amount.

If you think it's too much you can knock a $1-2 off the suggested amount. But don't be too cheap shake head

For example the Best Buy is 2 miles away (6-7 min drive). I tipped $5

Missed the BB deal, but Target was still available with $0 additional fees unlike ordering from Staples ($4-5 service fee) so including $10 tip, it came out to $74.74 final since I had $10 Chase credit. Considering I used the DD GC I got from Costco for 20% off plus 4% in cashback, this is an absolute steal. Only thing that would've been better is if I was able to do a pickup instead to save on tip.
