EDIT: turns out just clicking the link above might select a random best buy far away. Once i started from scratch and searched for the store manually it let me find one that's nearby.
I agree that the fees and tips are kind of a deal killer, but in my case, I have the Chase Sapphire reserve with DoorDash credits and premium membership that I never use, so it shaved off 15 bucks to cover those. I'm happy with that, thanks OP!
