Good deal, but dont count on the credit. Amazon has a glitch in the system and credits are not added even after 30 days of delivery. Still waiting for my $30 credit from Pets deal along with a couple of other smaller credits for other orders. All the "30 days" credits are broken. Tired of fighting with chat reps. OP, maybe you have an internal way of communication with Amazon and can notify them of the glitch

They seem to be all over the place with these credits. Last one I did they sent an email to me without my asking for assistance saying there was an error and then applied the credit.

$15 ? Do you remember what promo it was about? There was an issue with $15 credit (same as this deal), I and several others emailed their executive support and reported the glitch, a few days later we received a generic email (not addressed specifically to me) stating they had a glitch and thus here's a $15 GC added to your account (not credit, but gift card)

Yeah everybody because they encountered an issue with a credit you should all avoid this deal like the plague because of course the same exact thing will happen with you. Right.... If you do encounter an issue simply contact customer service but chances are you won't so don't let somebody else try to scare you out of a good deal.

who implied everyone is going to have the same issue? are you not grateful for someone spending time out of their day to warn us of a potential problem which i myself have also encountered? if their customer support didnt become so atrocious having to call and sort it out wouldnt be that big of a deal.

I dont think you understand. This is not account specific, they have a major glitch in their system and for some promos, no one received the credits.

Did you report the issue or just asked for courtesy credit?

The $23.28 deal on a 32-roll pack of Scott Tissue toilet paper, mentioned in previous SlickDeals threads, is eligible for this promo. I bought two of these and a jug of hand soap to make the qualifying $50 threshold. My hands are gonna be dry and clean, clutching my future $15 Amazon credit. While you got your compesation, the downside of going this way is that it is considered a сoncession in their system whereas it is clearly not. The rep that adds the credit/GC puts it as a one-time concession. When I had an issue with a lost package, I had an agent tell me 'we have exhausted our options to offer any concessions on this account'. Now, I rarely return anything, this happened after they had added a courtesy credit for another issue prior. For this reason, when they have these glitches (and recently they've had plenty) I suggest reporting it to their executive CS via email. It is easier, too, compared to fighting some oursourced reps over chat. And it works without getting flagged for concessions, as I reported above

Just looking at the Charmin choices and it look like the amazon prices are close to 2x what they were a couple of years ago. Am I mistaken?
