Seems like a mismatch causing a bottleneck at the GPU a little bit
Don't know enough to confirm, I would tend to agree but it's a solid price and worst case, you can stay open to selling the 9070 and putting the money towards a GPU upgrade if a good deal comes along?

EDIT: While not gospel, pc-builds rates them both a good match to not create a bottleneck issue for most applications.
