Been using this in my basement for a year or so, it's pretty solid. I've got a hardtail up top and a gravel bike on the bottom and neither is too tough to get off or put on, the whole thing is fairly stable.

Probably pretty stable. Anchor it to the wall and be careful putting bikes on and off and it should be all good.
