Haha that's fair. That's why I keep money in an account with no card, unless I'm specifically trying to buy a certain type of product. That prevents me from impulse purchases, and the hassle of transferring money is long. I used to have that issue a long time ago, so not mocking you.

OK, I figured something out. It's not the reserve credit that changed. What happened is they changed the EPP/EDU promo from 5% to 15%.

How do you cancel the preorder? I do not see anywhere the option to cancel? I contacted support and they said it has been "processed for shipping" so I cannot cancel smh

Note the smaller sizes on the Watch 8 from sammobile.com. My Watch 6 44m has the 1.5" screen. Not going smaller.

The Galaxy Watch 8 Classic is equipped with a 1.34-inch circular Super AMOLED display, while the 43mm/47mm Watch 6 Classic features 1.3/1.5-inch panels. Furthermore, the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic's screen has a slightly lower resolution and pixel density than the 47mm Watch 6 Classic.

if you take advantage of ebay refurbished old galaxy watches like the 5pro you can find them for around 60 bucks and use them as a trade in value for $175 dollars towards a new galaxy watch8. Combining this I was able to get my total watch payment down to 152.74 and then i paid ~65 for the refurbished 5pro. so 215ish total for the new 40mm wifi/bluetooth model.
