Horrible. My mouse came with a broken battery so it can only be used while plugged (common problem apparently), and the mouse wheel rubber is not glued onto the wheel so usually when I try to scroll, I'll just be spinning the rubber part around the wheel so it won't actually scroll. CM also rejected my repair request after they saw my receipt showing that I bought it from a random Amazon seller..

Not defending CM, since this model has known scroll issues, but any brand is going to reject a non-official seller. I've had Logitech/Razer do the same.

Dang :/ I liked the look of it and it had Bluetooth too.
I have a diff version of this mouse from when it released, it has the scroll bug but I heard later versions it was fixed? Honestly tempted to give this a shot since its one of my favorite mouse shapes.
I recently tried to RMA a Cooler Master keyboard and it took them three months to get back to me. Not only that, I had to make a fuss on their Discord, Reddit, and community forums as well as spamming them with emails to get their attention. When I finally got an RMA label generated, they expected me to pay for shipping. The shipping was half the cost of the keyboard. Don't buy from this company.

I'm surprised by the comments here considering this is very well regarded within the mice enthusiast community as a solid budget option.
FWIW, I like mine. I got it as a replacement for a MM720 that was having problems, and I've been using the MM712 for a year at this point, 10+ hours a day. The scroll wheel feels very solid. I've had no connection or tracking issues. The clicks feel decent. My only problem with the mouse is it feels cheap. The right mouse button doesn't feel very secure or stable when I rest my fingers on it. Granted I did drop it on hard floor once so maybe that's what caused it or made the problem worse.

It looks amazing, but it feels cheap and firmware issues make it a no brainer to avoid.
