I installed our Simplisafe system in our home almost a year now. I also love how it has a backup battery and our home is still secured even if the power goes out.
Recently been thinking about an extra panic button to put in our master closet in case there's an emergency and I'm not home. This will work, thank you.

Only if you want it to be monitored and for the monitoring service to call the police. Without a subscription, the simplisafe system will still make a ton of noise, especially if you have a 2nd or 3rd siren.
