On a side note, I find it mildly amusing that the Amazon product description says "one of the most books written in the last half century".

If these can still be found in the wild in our current digital age, I would recommend keeping your eyes peeled for Chilton repair manuals at yard sales for I'm guessing a buck or less. May be able to find these as well as motorcycle maintenance/repair books at your local library. 😉
