Came across this deal today, ends in 13 hours. It's roughly $65 cheaper than doing the multi-tool kit free tool deal and adding the grinder that way. The below link should have the better deal set up already, but if not, use the following options. Do NOT use the "Free Gift With Purchase" option, it's $65 more.

They're basically knocking $65 off the price of the multi-tool kit and giving you the grinder with it.
It ends up being a single line item on your purchase invoice, so not a "hackable" deal.

If you do the multi-tool kit and add the grinder on as a free tool to get a hackable deal, the multi-tool kit comes out to $222.26+tax and you can return the grinder for $126.74+tax. I wanted both tools, so the above options worked out better for me.

FWIW, I bought the M18 oscillating tool at pretty much full retail and do not regret it. Quite a bit larger/heavier (due to the battery) but it's great.
