My two cents after reading these: I think the 16 should avoid the biggest complaint about the 12, especially if making a smaller pizza, because there will be more space between the pizza and the flame in the back, thus avoiding the burning the reviewer of the 12 complained about.
I'm really tempted on this. I'm giving Sam's Club another two weeks, and then I'll probably take the refund and use that toward this one.
