I beat the OG one and this one.
It'll keep you occupied for a while. It's more challenging than dq11, I think.

One of my favorite games. I loved playing through it on NES as a kid after playing 1 and 2. Where 2 was a bit... meh... 3 captivated me. Dragon Warrior was my very first RPG and I can't wait to play through all of these remakes and hope they keep going.

Went to GameStop to get a Switch copy. They wanted to sell me an used copy as new. No shrink wrap, just a random sticker they put in there to seal it. I asked the them, "is this brand new?", and with a straight face they said yes. They saw I'm was not buying their BS answer and they say "let me go check if I have sealed one". Me just shaking my head. Took my phone out and bought it from Best Buy, free shipping and cashback discount.

Gamestop, if you are reading this please stop those fraudulent practices. I have plenty of super bad experiences with Gamestop, only reason I keep sponsoring your business is to try and keep gaming retail stores still around. But with these shady practices Gamestop keeps making it hard for me to give them my money.

Sad thing is that I'm sure tons of clueless parents are falling for this for sure.

The one I received from Amazon had no shrink wrap. I already requesting to send it back for a refund.

We call that Gamestop New. They've been pulling this BS for over a decade, a big reason many of us have stopped shopping there.

Played the OG DW1 on NES, never beat it. Played DQ 5 in college, never finished it due to studies.
DQ11 was amazing, including the second ending so I'm playing DQ3 on switch now. 35 hours in and loving it. Pre Ordered DQ1/2 remakes.
