Unfortunately the replacement hotends are, and have always been, on preorder, and the nozzles are not even sold. There are 3rd party offerings on Amazon, but they aren't cheap. Other printer parts aren't available anywhere, notably the original build plates.

You can use Bambu plates you just have to line it up with the front of the plate instead of the back. It's a hair smaller but I've had no issues doing this.

it shows it's in stock. Didn't really need it, but I heard great reviews. I have the flash forge 5M with all the mods. Let's see how it compares.

I love my Elegoo printer. My first print was nearly 15 hours using PETG that had been sitting in a drawer for nearly 6 years and came out nearly flawless. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get into 3D printing or modernize their setup (which is what I did). This is akin to a paper printer now for the most part (sans the slicing part).

Been looking at this for a while... Ordered one on Saturday when it was no longer on back order. Received tracking info today (Monday), scheduled to arrive tomorrow (Tuesday). Shipping from NJ to MA.

Yeah, I've been printing mostly PETG with mine too, my other printers have always made a stringy mess out of it, but so far this one has been doing pretty good with it.It's the loudest printer I have too. the noise though isn't all that obnoxious and can just be background noise (note: this is from the perspective that I'm not sleeping in a room near it).

The ease of use from unboxing to printing was just unreal and not needing to use paper/shim/etc... to set an offset is amazing. My only attempt at ABS with it was so-so ... I have a QiDi with a heated chamber that I'll probably continue using for those types of filaments, but, I'll give it another try once I run low on PETG.

For the price, it's an absolute steal and I can't wait to pick up the MMU for it. Just having an easy way to use the whole spool of filament will be nice and for a lot of my stuff, it's all practical, so, if it's multi color (to use up spools) I don't care all that much.

I got one of the kits with the buildplates and extra hotend assembly that just arrived (~2 weeks after the printer), so, at least I've got that in case some of the issues people have been experiencing occurs.

Ask someone previously asked, how does this compare to the flashforge ad5m?

I think that's a good call. Also Bambu likely to announce something else this year as well. I refuse to get this without an AMS solution. Multicolor aside, its just convenient as well.
Bambu's next printer sounds like an H2D but with only 1 nozzle... if internet sleuths are to be believed: https://youtu.be/JP9l20aASkg

Estimated around $1700... So if you need something smaller and at a lower price (but no AMS....yet...) this is definitely a good pickup.

Agreed. I am hoping their pricing adjusts a bit down or they announce an upgraded P1S or X1C.

For anybody on the fence, it's really a tremendous value. Just make sure you're using "fast" filament or you'll have issues because it doesn't do flow calibration like Bambulab printers.

that is correct. But many people held off not wanting to lay out money & wait months for the printer. It's in stock now and shipping

I have the bamboo PS1 with the amsa purchased during the sale. I was really want to send Terry carbon, but I did have the anchor make m5c and they canceled that add on and the product. I know it was more money, but by the time you buy the add-on for the ams.. you will just be a little bit less than what the PS1 and the ams was.I have not used a multicolor print functionality yet, but it's very handy to be able to change out prints. with that said I do have a wide splitter and my heater for filament on the side of it where I run other filaments mainly cardboard rolls for printing. when you do that you can't use the ams, but I like the versatility of not having to change our filament for every print.

exactly it's nice to see that this unit is available and I can get it in the week rather than waiting months. that has me very tempted honestly. I would like to get one and test it with the p1s and if it really is that's good, then maybe I'll return my p1s..
