You're abusing their generous return policy that is designed for people who are TRULY not satisfied.

New tech comes out all the time.. This isn't rent-a-center. Other people are subsidizing your clownish behavior when you abuse their return policies. Do you think you're a genius exploiting a loophole by doing this? Anyone can do it. Difference is, most people aren't assholes enough to do it.

If I buy a TV in 2020, I expect it to have modern tech for like 3-5 years. I wouldn't dare try and return it so I can get a new TV like it's a loan program.
I really hope Costco cracks down on people like you and start enforcing a Social Security number to be a member or something. Just flat-out ban you and let us normal shoppers keep in peace.

39" widescreen at 1440 is similar to 32" 16:9 1440. The PPI isn't ideal IMO.

Isn't this a crazy deal? Or am I missing something. Just got a MSI MAG 34cqp from woot refurbished for $473 and was wondering if I should go with this instead.

What happens to the digital credit if we return the monitor? Do we get full refund if the digital credit is unused or will it be subtracted from the refund (I'm thinking the latter most likely)

Sure looks like it. I got the Alienware AW3425DW a few weeks ago for ~$512 after Dell 10% and Amex $100 off $500; this doesn't require any eligibility.
The Alienware has been great so far and it's got a higher PPI so I'm happy with it, but I definitely would have jumped on this deal otherwise.

Yup, but most GPU's can't run high framerates at resolutions higher than 1440p. 34" would be the better size of course, but if you want a large monitor, this would be a good option for gamers.

Will this be equivalent to replace 2 24" monitors? Or not as good?
I'll be using mostly for office work. NOT for gaming.

It has a 800r curvature so not ideal for work.

Many folks generally don't recommend OLED monitors for office work. They suffer with text fringing issues (text appears fuzzy) and the ever present fear of burn in so I'd personally recommend IPS for office work.

QDOLED > WOLED. You made a good choice. The colors and uniformity of the screen are much better on QDOLED.

Yes we wouldn't want the text at the edge of our screens to be too clear for work. /s

A curved screen is perfectly fine for work. I can't fathom where you got that notion.

Do some research 800r is very aggressive curvature and meant for gaming, 1500-1800r is better for work.

I wouldn't worry about it. You have to register the device with LG to get the credit online. It's not something you get right away
