Allullose or however you spell it is the new kid on the block sweetener. But it's so new there is almost no research on it. There is some information out there if you consume too much it can cause some stomach issues. And it doesn't take much to consume too much. But I would personally stay away from it until we get more studies done on it. Because erythritol was the last new kid on the block and was in everything, until some studies showed it has a negative effect on the heart. 😥

Some studies show excess glucose will give you diabetes, peripheral vascular disease, neuropathy, atherosclerosis, vision changes, etc.
