1.25" max capacity? Can't see any use for this as a homeowner, but if I needed it to cut tiny tiny conduit all day for work its a good deal I guess.

1.25" is a typo on home depot's part for this combo. The cut capacity is 1.75 listed in the specs or if you google the tool DCS377. Also I have one and can verify it will do just under 2" deep and a little less for width.

The $129 deal 2 weeks ago was slicker, but a lot of people couldn't get that one to work, myself included. The way some people got it, and the price was jumping all over the place, it seemed like a bug or error (the slickest deals usually are). This at least seems to be a legit sale price everyone can buy it at.

it's crazy that we have compact battery powered bandsaws. the only bandsaws I grew up with were like 300lbs and bolted to a concrete floor.

Got the deal a couple weeks ago. Still sitting on my floor waiting to be put away. Doesn't come with a blade though. Tool, battery, and charger. Don't forget to pick up a blade if you need to use it soon.
