Most recent deal in April I was able to get was by calling 866-635-2349, and they came back with:
$6/month ($7.75 after fees/taxes) for 12 months (this was for the All Access package I think it was called)
I also have used 888-601-6302 in the past.
(last year I was able to score the $3.99/month + taxes/fees for reference)

Ask for the $2.99/month x 36 months. It worked for me recently and I've been a longtime SiriusXM subscriber. Usually renew at varying prices but this was the best one.
My plan jumped to $25 per month. I called 866-635-2349 and went through the AI automated voice prompt. I stated "Change my plan" when asked what I needed. The AI quickly responded with a monthly $7.99 plus tax offer for 12 months. Way easier than going through the Filipino call centers.
My SiriusXM plan expired on 5/1. I waited three months without service and then was able to get the 5 years $150 deal on the Web. ($180 with taxes and fees). Best part: Doesn't auto renew. So one and done for five years.
