Is this a slick deal or just a deal? I see its brushless. Mainly milwaukee dude.
I'd say relatively mild deal. Only slick if you actually need it now.
It's been cheaper in the past and the better kit with a slightly better battery and/or more accessories gets down to $99 every so often.
If you're already on milwaukee, why even look at this? ...it's not a tool unique to Dewalt, unless you're already thinking of switching teams I think one big thing with battery tools (may be a bit different for contractors/professionals) is having the same platform for eveything.

"Mainly"? This has a better trigger and speed control than Milwaukee. At a half price of Milwaukee and essentially free battery/charger, this sounds like a solid deal. This set rarely goes on sale for $100 or below.

Thanks for the reply. I've been eyeing brushless oscillating tool for a few years and am ready to buy a brushless at a slickdeal. With an adapter for batteries, switching sides is not that big of an issue these days.
