Could I slap this on my 7 1/4 circular saw and trench my foundation to add a drain for a bathroom? Or do I need a bigger saw for that?

I used a similar dewalt blade on my 7 1/4" circular saw and was able to cut 1" flagstone with multiple shallow passes and water to wet the cut before each pass. I would imagine a foundation would take lots of passes.
