This is a good price but the power is too low for anything but point of use.
That's the problem with electric instantaneous water heaters. This "wimpy" heater draws 55 amps. Hope you're close to the breaker box, 6-2 is about $3 a foot.

I have used something similar as a booster for the main unit in a rental. It worked great. Instead of a large 50+ gal tank being headed all the time, a 23 gal main then this as booster. Works great and resolve the complaints from the tenants.
