no, sodium percarbonate peroxide (known to some as oxiclean)
overpriced if buying like this (even at $11.96), cheaper as a powder

Did some research ... looks to be washing soda. You can add hydrogen peroxide in your bleach section and put washing soda in with your detergent to supposedly get the same result but for less money. Arm and Hammer Super Washing Soda was $4 and change for subscribe and save for 3 lbs 7 oz. Hrdrogen Peroxide 3% is cheap also. Or use to be.
