People love their Oupes on the Facebook group. I almost bought one bust missed the sale. I liked the exodus 1500 mainly for the size and weight since it's a camping toy. The biggest downfall is the 12v cigarette was a bit low in voltage. Same issue with the 110-120 ac from what I hear. It's on the lower end. So if you have an extension cord, the voltage drop may affect some electronics.

In before that guy(who always shows up) says "oupes I burned the house down".

I've got the oupes mega 5 and really like it so far. Seems as well built as any of the bigger names.

Go for it, I have one and it can even power the essentials in a house, if you want to get more value out of it, you can get a anderson cable 10awg to O ring terminal connector and connect a any extra battery to the 800w solar charging input port that is within the Volts accepted, can easily extend use time, especially if you are charging that extra battery with solar panels.

Actually the app the pretty good, and better than Blueetti, but not as polished as Ecoflow.

I'm pretty new to solar but I thought if charging multiple solar batteries they had to be almost identical. But you're saying if I had a 100ah ecoflow battery charging from a solar panel I could connect it to this oupes?

Kind of wild name ('Oops') for a brand of products with the potential to cause an uncontrollable fire.. even if they are less-likely-to-combust LFP tech.

What's up with all the thumbs down lately? This is a valid question from one of us that's not very knowledgeable on specifics, but want a better understanding before we buy something.

Thanks. I mean maybe I should have included as long as the battery matched the oupes' charge specs, but I assumed that was implied. There's so much info out there on solar and one person says one thing, the other says another, its so easy to get lost.
