Delivered on time and as advertised. New, factory sealed box. Made several test cuts, with no issues.

I cannot vouch for the company, it does seem to be a legit conpany. They are part of RexelUSA.com. this is sccording to Whois. Check for yourself. Started in 1999. Scam dector does give them a good review.
