Took me awhile to figure out how to submit for the rebate card.
After you activate, you go to

https://promotions.t-mobile.com/, click start a new submission. Select your phone number for the T-Mobile Gateway and hit the optional Promo Code option, it is 250395. Fill out the information and then after ~10 weeks you get the gift card via text/email.

Affirmative. Hopefully they'll make the same mistake with a primary conductor soon and the problem will work itself out naturally.

I got this exact promotion for the rely plan and modem starting June 16. Works well except for having to reconnect my fire stick to the Wi-Fi literally every single time I turn my TV on. I've tried everything and it will not stay connected. Still have not received my $200 gift card however it has only been 6 weeks. The speed is good for my area. If you don't set up auto pay right when you order service they will not give you the auto-pay discount on your first bill, even if you sign up for it before the bill hits. Not especially crazy about their customer service but for $40 a month it's decent. Update: got my $200 rebate card for the rely plan after 8 weeks.

I'm using an Asus mesh system now. You can't turn the gateway off as a router, but you can still extend with a mesh system.

Don't even bother with wireless garbage service. Even if you don't game, I'd highly recommend going with some sort of traditional hard wired internet service.

Can you carry the router with you anywhere? This is 5g, you can literally use it anywhere as long as there is TMobile 5g service. No?

Ordered this a week ago and still don't have it. Counting on the 15 day trial to see if if works for me and if so I'll make it my default access. Spectrum is jumping me from $39.00/mo to over 100 in a couple of weeks and I honestly don't need gigabit. 300-500 should be plenty so fingers crossed (if it ever gets here). Definitely want to take advantage of the gift card promo, so glad I stumbled upon this thread. Thank you.

I have mint and get the same t-mobile offer. went with rely level and the cost is $35/month. the bad is I only get 3 bars because I've got only a 'good' signal, speeds and ping vary a lot. works just fine for everything except gaming and hosting. can't disable nat so I get double nat using my router. data is unlimited but may be throttled if tower is congested. 15 day free trial, 5 year price guarantee and $200 back, no contract, free gateway. half the price of my xfinity. external antenna option may help signal, has 4x4 mimo 5g connectors.

What happens if your Mint line expires or you port your line out, full ($50) price?

Mine took 2 days when you take out the weekend. I went with the cheap plan since that is what I want if it works ok. $30 per month with any 55 plan.

So after 3 months can you just cancel without losing the card value after you have it in hand?

Already had this for a month. The speed keep decreasing. The first week I got 430-450mbps. A month later it is now +/- 350mbps. If once it drops lower than 300 I will be back with Spectrum. Spectrum provides 550 to 600mbps as tested before. After I quit, Spectrum mailed me an offer of 500mbps for $40/month and price fixed for 3 years. Really attempting. T-Mobile baited and switched. The CRS told me it will be $45/month after the autopay for the Amplified and free for the first month. Now they said I already have more than 8 voice lines and no autopay discount on the internet. Also no free first month.

Tmobile customers who have the experience of their phone line plans & how the prices keep increasing, must read below about the new strategy they are starting with the internet as well. 5 years price fixed is guaranteed BUT excludes FEES & TAXES. They can charge any X amount of Fees. See the link below: https://www.thestreet.com/retail/...rnet-plans

This 5G Home internet is worse for playing games, very bad latency. Decent for regular internet use.
