Same as all the other grey market key resellers. It's basically pirating. Someone gets their hands on a company's volume license key and sells "licenses" until/unless caught. It might last forever or it might die tomorrow.
They get posted nonstop bc they have a good affiliate kickback most of the time. 10% to Slickdeals, 0% to Microsoft.
