I've bought a lot of Sofirn flashlights. This price is really what I would expect the price to be before coupon codes.I really liked their sc21pro flashlight which was sold on Amazon for years at this price point. They discontinued it, wish I bought more of them. That flashlight was the perfect edc imo because it was using a battery smaller than 18650 (like this flashlight), had usb c recharging built in (like this flashlight), had a lockout feature (like this flashlight). The sc21pro had anduril 2 firmware, I don't think this one does.

Maybe one day they will release a "pro" version of this but to me it feels like a cheapened version of the sc21pro.

It's probably not a bad flashlight for $20, just not a "deal" from my experience.

You won't find anything else that bright and that small. Sofirn lights don't make great gifts though because they usually have fifty-some features that you have to learn how to control using a single button.
