UPPAbaby has depleted their inventory. You can see if authorized retailers still have them available."
When I asked why:
"We have been working with NHTSA to address the issue and we have sent out a foam kits for the Mesa Max. This kit will make a better fit for babies of all different sizes, as it provides more of an upright position in the seat.
