I think if you can control other sugar intakes then 15% per day should not be that bad, we give this to our boys before heading out to school and is one thing they don't hesitate to drink 😊

This stuff is garbage. It's milk powder, maltodextrin, and sugar.
Huel, Soylent, yogurt, protein powder+milk would all be so much better than this. For the last two, throw in a cheap multivitamin if you must.
Don't waste your money on this.

Some of them, sure. That's why I gave Yogurt as an option. Greek Yogurt alone is better than this garbage.

is this like Ensure? We tried it for my mom, but the dairy in it upsets her stomach. maybe this is better since we could mix it with milk alternatives? can anyone with lactose issues chime in?

I bite the bullet on these; because at 3 cents more (28-31) for my SS, I can tack on items I can't get at Sam's.

While you can mix this into non-dairy/lactose-free milk, this contains both nonfat dry milk AND added lactose. My stomach did not do well with it. Ensure is supposed to be safe for lactose-intolerance but if your mom reacted poorly to it this is probably a worse choice. Carnation makes a ready to drink version of this that is meant to be safe for lactose-intolerant individuals. You could also try Boost (Nestle's version of Ensure). I have not had issues with Ensure or Boost but have not had the RTD Carnation so I can't speak for it. Hope that helps.
