so i needed some confirmation from our fellow members whether to buy it or not
Huel, Soylent, yogurt, protein powder+milk would all be so much better than this. For the last two, throw in a cheap multivitamin if you must.

You understand the cost of your option vs the listed deal, right?
Some of them, sure. That's why I gave Yogurt as an option. Greek Yogurt alone is better than this garbage.
I bite the bullet on these; because at 3 cents more (28-31) for my SS, I can tack on items I can't get at Sam's.
