My kids loved these…for a week or so. They're really neat and made well, but there're just so many things you can do with it before getting bored. In all, each has picked it up one time or so, one of which was for me to replace the batteries, then never again. With that said, this is pretty cheap and would be very exciting for any kid who hasn't played with one yet ie great gift for a little one.

I completely agree. My daughter just HAD to have one of these and she did play with it for a bit on and off but the nature of the toy doesn't inspire longevity of entertainment. Even the idea of progression and unlocking new characters/games gets stale because the limitations of the interface.All of that being said, this is a good price for a decently fun gift. It would probably be worth surprising a kid with during a car trip to get the most utility out of.

Yes kids do love these but they do get boring after awhile. That being said it's better than YouTube brainrot.

I would say 3-6 is the range. There's not much complexity to these things. Limited interaction compared to a phone/tablet.
