I put 2 of this same dimensions in my tight 2 car garage and they work very well for most small house projects and then I can pull them off the wall if I have something bigger to do.

I have a pair of the Flexispot tables. They look very similar and are great if you don't need the extra depth.EDIT- I will say the 2500lb rating might be with the height set at it lowest and not relying on the screws.
