No display or buttons, so everything has to be done on the app. Also it doesn't fit in most car cupholders. I believe those are the biggest complaints.

I have 3 ember products, I use them at least once per week.
Most often I use them for tea. I typically make a large pot of tea, and as I drink from my ember cup, I keep topping it off with tea from the kettle. It doesn't matter that the tea in the kettle cools off, because the cup in front of me is always full and hot.

I love mine. I drink one cup of coffee over like 2 or 3 hours. It's fantastic
I have this. It's the same base as the mug and interchangeable with it. It's also just as girthy. Works great and keeps hotter, longer than the mug. At that price it is a good buy.
I got one from a woot deal for $75 I think. I like it even tho the slider lid broke. Ember mailed me a new one without asking too many questions. Did take about 2 weeks tho. I'm considering a second one.

Had a brief recent experience with the 14oz mug. Returned it because they're built with planned obsolescence.
Battery drained 50% over the course of 4 hours while sitting on the charger the whole time (except for a few seconds here & there when drinking from it).. so, even if you plan to use it with the charger, it's putting unnecessary wear & tear on the battery which means its longevity is going to be limited.
Having to recharge something that's been sitting on the charger all day while in use is just stupid, too. So is having to use an app to adjust temperature.
Back to my trusty plain old stainless double-insulated mug that I spent maybe $5-10 on.
That's great. Let me know when you can set your yeti to keep your drink at the exact temperature you want.
I can I put in coffee the temperature I want in it and it keeps it that temperature! I once put coffee in it at 6AM and forgot to take the cup to work. Got back home at 10PM and it was still warm works! It never needs charging, no e-waste, never breaks it is even EMP proof! As a bonus it works with cold beverages too!
