Very likely, as they've done something similar in the past, and the ads stated "Starting at $369". Usually the entire lineup of the same product line gets discounted every time they have promotion like this, whether it is iPad Pro, Air, Mini, MacBook Pro, Air, Mac Pro, Mini, iMac, AirPods Max, Pro, \d etc.

Apple products get shipped directly from the manufacturer. This is what I was told a few years ago when I ordered MacBook Pro and it was delivered in the original box and left it in front of my door.
I was lucky nobody stole it.
