You guys should try Muji pens from Japan.
Story time. Right before Covid hit and we were all sent home for 2+ years, I had cup full of pens at my cubicle. All brands. Arrow, BIC, Muji, etc. The company packed all of our belongings and put them away for the 2+ year period. Upon return, we got our belongings back and guess what? All of the pens had leaked, dried, whatever but the Muji pens still performed like they did on day 1. They wrote crisp marks, worked flawlessly at an angle, did not streak or show signs of aging. Muji for life. If you have a store near you, go get them. They're cheap. Amazon sometimes has fakes so becareful. Or if you have friends traveling, they can find them at airports, or in Japan.

They're not that elusive. Muji sells them on their US site. They have several US locations too. Also frequently found in museum gift shops.I love Muji but I've had issues with their pens not working too. Then again, I tend to buy .38 point pens and I live in a humid environment.
