I bought their grande last year when it was on sale for $300. IMO, it was quite excellent.
We also could spent a year arguing over what is wagyu and what is not, but make your own decision . I think the attached pic from their site is a good representation of what I have received before.

I'm still eating the short ribs from the last time you posted. You are making me fat
ya, those are super fattttttttttty. I trimmed them and rendered the fat and almost done using it after a year. But, the meat, when you slowly cook it and chop it up, makes the best steak n cheese, or quesadillas or just fried rice, or any other darn thing you want. heck, it'll make week old worn socks tastes good!

Wow you use these wagyu to make fried rice? That's one expensive bowl of fried rice. Lol

those are ribs, not the roast. so rib meat u either eat it off the bone, or what I do is, trim it and defat it, and obv use fat in other uses
it was a slab for $51 of 4 huge ribs!

Awesome deal OP! I got in on this roast last time and it was amazing. So happy the deal is back again. Definitely better marbling than USDA prime ribeyes at Costco!
Got one for $300 last year. Was fantastic and came in at almost 20lbs when delivered (had a lot of fat to be trimmed, but still a STEAL). Best rib roast I've ever made.

it's a 15lbs chunk of frozen meat that ships in ice packs, unless you have a mishap on the way, i am confident that it should arrive safely

Fat does not make you fat, high fructose corn syrup and Seed oils make you fat. Cholesterol is necessary for testosterone and brain development.
