Tesla has just introduced new incentives for new orders of the Cybertruck, Model S and Model X in the U.S. Here's what's new:
Model 3:
All paint colors are now free on Model 3 Performance orders in the U.S., which means any configuration you choose will now qualify for the $7,500 Federal EV credit (which expires Sept 30), even ones with the white interior.

With incentives gone the price will drop considering current lowering demand.
Tesla has no problem selling Model 3 in China starting at around 32k. Don't see a reason why the price can't be comparable in the US. Yet somehow even with tax credit it starts at 35k+tax and fees.

Tesla has a problem selling Model 3 in China because it basically has no margin due to competition, and still outsold by Xiaomi. The cost of production in the US is higher, there is why Tesla will try to sell strip down Model 3 and Y later this year.
