The comparable Seal Line seems to sell for $130. Even Amazon has this at $96. I think $60 is a good price, but $240 seems steep even for Osprey.

This isn't a dry bag like a Seal Line. It's waterproof to a point but specifically mentions it being non-submersible. The fabric itself is waterproof but would have to be seam-taped for the bag to be fully waterproof. Coated nylon is a cheap waterproof fabric and the coating often peels off over time. A high quality waterproof fabric to demand $240 retail would be something like Dyneema, XPac or Ultra.
