Personally - where Toto excels is the Washlet+ connection. If you have a Toto bowl with provision for Washlet+, you should not buy any other seat since the connections are all concealed with Washlet+. I have an earlier version and it looks very clean - you cannot see any water connection and the electrical connection is also very discrete. Otherwise I am not impressed with Toto - the remote cannot even remember my last settings.
