I have this same model which is on sale. Since purchasing it in 2022 have had to replace two satellites. Just randomly turns red and no amount of factory reset will help.Tp is aware of issue. Would not trust it unless you need a temp solution.
You don't have this model. It was introduced either very late 2023 or early 2024 so there's no way you got this one if you got it in 2022.

I got 2 of these for $300 2 months ago. So far so good, no internet drops. Solid 2.3gig up/down with fiber.

well that's just annoying, I just bought these on prime days for $389 or so..
supposedly with 25% back on my prime card tho, I haven't checked to see if I actually got that
Thank you for the reminder. I saw this and that it was cheaper than what I had ordered it for. Totally forgot about the cash back!

TP-Link, make sure not to lose your warranty card. You will probably be using it. Not worth the hassle.

I got the Costco version the be11000. We just moved into a stone house. I get wifi 150+ ft from the house. I have an addition on the other side of 18" limestone, so I have a satellite unit on the other side of that wall. No issues with reliability overall. I use Ethernet to the satellite to work from the 2nd floor while the main router is downstairs and get consistent 1/1g speeds with low ping

I've two of WiFi 6E, AXE5400. will they work with this system? then I can have 5 in different places in the house and garage
No, the WiFi 6E AXE5400 (such as the TP-Link Archer AXE5400) does not mesh with Deco BE63 units because they use different mesh technologies. The AXE5400 uses OneMesh, which is compatible only with specific TP-Link routers and extenders that support OneMesh. The Deco BE63 is part of the Deco Mesh system, which is a distinct mesh technology.

Check cash back on your prime credit card. It was my first time checking, and mine stated 25% off.
it has trouble covering 5000 sq ft home, it misses our master and I put one right near back on the house to try to get wifi in the garage, which it struggles and it's only 20 ft away. I need to buy deco outdoor to get my backyard and garage.

What's interesting that this thing seems like it sucks, but at least it's stable. Wireless speeds I can't get over around 500mb on 5ghz. Without mesh I could get over 800mb near modem. I guess you take total sq ft coverage and stability over mb to mb speeds unless you hardwire all pods.
