Update: Sabrent received the unit and is just sending me a new one. Annoying to not have it for nearly a month at this point, but at least I'll have a fully functioning one when I receive the new one.
If you're going to be overly confident, maybe have more than 18 rep points on an account made in 2012?
This is one of the best performing high output chargers on the market right now.
Sabrent has a long enough history to be reputable (I remember when they were a Fry's exclusive). They've been around over twice as long as Anker.

No, the opposite. If tax is being charged on the full amount, at a minimum request a refund. (Sometimes just restarting the order works)

They are a strong middleman, at least.
Anyone betting against a company that has a good foothold in multiple strong industrial countries across multiple companies is an absolute moron.
What are they even hoping for? Something that burns their house down? What if it happens to have a Made in USA sticker on it?
