Seems like normal price for the similar g29 used...here is a "Good" condition but from Logitech directly:

g29 seems to have more features according to others when I googled it.

I'm pretty sure they are the same thing because there just different variation for PlayStation and the G920 works with Xbox One and Series S and X while the G29 works with PS5, PS4, and sometimes PS3. They are similar in performance and the little things aren't noticeable.
